AEAR Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AEAR (Aditi Electronics And Research Pvt Ltd), we are committed to the secure, fast, and reliable delivery of your custom PCB fabrication and PCB assembly orders.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand processing times, domestic/international delivery, and tracking procedures.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
All electronics manufacturing orders are processed and shipped within 4-10 business days post-production. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high PCB manufacturing volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will inform you via email if there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your high-precision boards.
2. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of placing an order. Contact us immediately if you believe an incorrect delivery address was provided. Because we work to speed up PCB processing and dispatch, there is only a limited window for address corrections.
3. Undeliverable PCB Orders
Hardware and electronic components returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the client will incur a restocking or re-shipping fee, determined at our discretion.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
AEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed over to the courier. If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the local carrier or relevant authorities to report the issue.
5. Return Request Timeline
We allow returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items based on our Refund & Returns Policy. Only unopened and unused items in their original condition can be returned.
6. Out of Stock Electronic Components
For PCBA orders, if specific components or materials are out of stock, you have the option to wait for all items to be available before shipment, or we can assist you with alternative component sourcing.
7. International Shipping & Customs Duties
We proudly offer international shipping for our PCB products. Please note that import duties, local taxes, and customs fees must be settled by the customer when your items arrive in the destination country.
